Cusco Inside ROCKS Cusco Inside really helped us out with exploring all the historic sites close by. They helped us last minute when another your company failed us. Mateo was so attentive, he followed up with each day to ensure that we were taken care of. Richard was a energetic tour guide and took us around three sites. He was like a squirrel. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ricardo really came through for us at Machu Picchu. His knowledge and experience paid off and we were able to obtain tickets to visit Machu Picchu. It did not disappoint. We had such a great time. Everything was taken care of and including transportation (bus and train). We couldn’t have done this and seen all the sites without Cusco Inside. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reputable/reliable tour company.

Todos los tour que tomamos nos encantaron, pero conocer Machu Picchu acompañados con el guía Dennis, quedará grabado en nuestra mente toda la vida.... Unexpected surprise trip to Peru Let me start, my wife booked this trip to Peru, I wanted to be more surprised than having an expectation if I look into this trip. We did not sleep well on the 8 hour flight to Peru. We met Mateo, our tour guide and Eddie our driver at the airport. They picked us up and brought us to our hotel and luckily Mateo told us today is rest day and the tour will start tomorrow. Thank God! That was a big plus to rest and get situated in our hotel. My over all experience, Mateo took great care in explaining all the sites the tour covered. I struggled with the altitude, my breathing was shortened and I was slow to follow. I noticed throughout that Mateo waited till we were all together and then explained each site in detail. Also,Mateo checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. He gave me time and breaks to catch my breath before arriving to each tour site. Mateo and Eddie made me feel at ease, comfortable and assured I can make it to the next site. I mention Eddie our driver, he kept the van clean, was ready and on point to drive us to our next destination. Over all, I’m very happy with the experience with Mateo and Eddie. I felt very taken care of and safe on each tour. I was able to go at my pace at each tour site.

An amazing experience at Magical Cusco!!!! Cusco inside travel was the best choice for our fist visit to Cusco!! They Help You keep keep organized with your tours!! And they booked it perfectly in a way that you have time to aclimated!!! If your worry about the altitude!!! They pick you up and dropped you off from airport !! They work with the best hotels that has the (nicest workers) we had the best weather some cold and sunny days!!! Our tour guide was fantastic (Mateo) makes you feel like a friend showing you the city!! Honest and Trustworthy Operator We booked a total of 4 groups tours and 1 private tour through Cusco Inside. Mateo and crew went out of their way to help us make last-minute adjustments at our request and we are very grateful for their help making this a trip we have dreamed of for several years. I love dealing with small independent operators as they are almost always more flexible and care about customer satisfaction--and they didn't disappoint. We did have a couple misunderstandings/miscommunications which I attribute mostly to me not reading all the material close enough, but what matters most to me was how the issues were resolved. What clearly came through to me was that Mateo is a completely honest and trustworthy operator just trying to build a better business. After this trip I would 100% trust him with any future trips because I am very confident if a problem arises he would do whatever it takes to get things back on track in a fair and reasonable manner. Highly recommend!
